The Tabard Theatre Company brings down the curtain on its 10th anniversary season with a South Bay premiere of Stephen Sondheim’s visionary musical masterpiece FOLLIES CONCERT VERSION. Eighteen performances will be presented March 4th through 27th at Theatre on San Pedro Square in downtown San Jose.
FOLLIES CONCERT VERSION is a glorious yet eyes-wide-open celebration of the glamour of Broadway, rich with marvelous melodies, clever lyrics, touching stories, and powerful performances. It received the 1972 Tony Award for Music/Lyrics (Stephen Sondheim). The book is by James Goldman.
FOLLIES CONCERT VERSION plays March 4th through 27th at Theatre on San Pedro Square, 29 North San Pedro Street in downtown San Jose. All evening performances are at 8 o’clock; Saturday matinees at 3pm, Sundays at 2. Tickets are available at www.tabardtheatre.org, tickets@tabardtheatre.org or by calling 800-838-3006.
